- Shane and I met on a cold November night in 1999 at West Albany High School during the annual Powderpuff Football Game. In 2003, we finally came together, and in 2004, Shane proposed to me in Las Vegas. By 2006, we were married and living in Eugene. We bought our first house in 2008, welcomed Colin Timothy Foster into the world on March 29th, 2009 and Evan Matthew Foster in our arms on March 21st, 2011.
